The cost is $40 per person. Couples need to fill out 2 forms if they both wish to join. DO NOT fill out this form if you are paying by check.

To join Newcomers you must:

  1. Live in Falmouth

  2. Have lived in Falmouth 5 years or less OR had a life-changing event (divorce, death of a spouse or recent retirement) within the last five years
