Commodores Baseball Game

Take Me Out to the Ballgame! Was a HUGE success for all. The Newcomers came out in full force (80 people plus) to cheer on the ‘Dores to an 8-6 win over Bourne! The pre-game event was showstopping with the Singers of Falmouth Newcomers performing the national anthem and they came back for an encore performance of “America the Beautiful” at the 7th inning stretch. A $200.00 donation was made to the team and presented by our Treasurer, Dan Scott, along with Dan throwing out the first pitch (and the pitch crossed home plate with the speed of a pro!). It was a perfect evening including a starry night!
